Mitsue Manor is a modern two-story bed and breakfast home near the town of Slave Lake (population 6,550). Guests travel by automobile 2.5 hours from Alberta's capital City of Edmonton along paved Highways No. 2 and No. 44. The B&B is just five minutes east of town. It is well marked by signage along Highway 2 travelling east ( to Edmonton ) or travelling west and north to Alaska.
Mitsue Manor has two guest rooms, with queen size beds, shared bathrooms, and a large kitchenette - breakfast nook. Guests can relax in a private sitting room with T.V.
Located in proximity to three Alberta, Provincial Parks, Slave Lake is a favourite destination for lake activities (magnificent sand beaches, fishing, sail boarding, sailing, water skiing). The region is a noted birding area with over 200 recorded species, climaxing in the Songbird Festival each May. Whether travelling to Alaska, northern Alberta or looking for a weekend getaway, Mitsue Manor B&B is ideally located.
