This "upscale" Bed & Breakfast (4.5 Star B&B and one of a handful in Canada) takes advantage of panoramic views of Canada's Rocky Mountains, yet allows you to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the Jasper townsite. A new, luxurious accommodation, it is just 4 km (2.5 miles) from the eastern entrance to Jasper National Park. Please phone for directions.
Wyndswept B&B is conveniently located just off the Yellowhead Highway(#16). Guests travelling east, use this route on their way to Alberta's Capital City Edmonton, or alternatively, going west to Vancouver, British Columbia. The B&B is situated at Folding Mountain Village, just 12 minutes from the town of Hinton (see Map).
Your hosts know of special places, "off the beaten track" and will be glad to assist you in planning your day. Whether bird watching, hiking, skiing, soaking in the nearby hot springs, or exploring the Willmore Wilderness Mountain Park (motorized vehicles are not permitted), the Jasper / Grande Cache region views are breath-taking.
You have a choice of two (2) sleeping rooms. One suite is extra large, having a king size bed and a queen size, sofa-bed located in an adjoining room. The second room has a queen bed. Each room has a private bath. The overall capacity is eight persons. Full, "heart healthy" home-cooked meals are a specialty, including low fat and diabetic. Minimum two day stay in high season (July, August). The hosts enjoy families (children over 12 years, welcome), couples and international travellers.
